System screens you can ignore
A few things in the CMS exist for the system rather than for you. They're listed here so that when you spot one on the Dashboard, you know it isn't something you've missed.
None of these need your attention. If one looks wrong, report it rather than changing it.
Search Results
Under Site Features. The index that powers search on your website — a copy of your pages, news, events, housing reports and political news, kept in a form that can be searched quickly. Note it does not cover documents, E-Notes, FAQ or alert banners — those aren't included in site search.
It maintains itself. Publish something covered above and it appears here on its own; don't edit or delete entries.
Event Sync Log
Not in the left-hand menu at all — it only shows up as a card on the Dashboard, under Globals and Collections. It records every run of the Tangilla events/agents/offices/committees import. Same purpose as Listing Sync Logs, for your roster feed instead of your MLS feed. Useful only when something from that feed hasn't appeared as expected — the same log data also shows in the table on the Tangila Imports screen (see Running syncs), which is the easier way to check it day to day.
Listing Media
The photographs attached to property listings, stored separately from your Media library. Also only reachable via a Dashboard card, not the left-hand menu, and restricted to Admin. These arrive with the listings and are managed entirely by the feed — a wrong listing photo is wrong in the MLS.
Posts
An old, unused leftover collection — just a title and a slug, nothing else. Also only reachable via a Dashboard card. Not connected to anything on the live site. Leave it alone.
Content Import
Not visible in your left-hand menu — it's restricted to Dazlab staff. If you're ever told to use it by your account contact, follow their instructions exactly: bulk imports are hard to reverse.
