Running syncs

Everything synced from your roster feed and your MLS feed runs on a schedule automatically — you don't need to trigger it. These screens exist for when you need to check on a sync, or force one to run early. Both are under Tangila Data + MLS.

Tangila Imports

At Tangila Imports, buttons let you manually trigger a sync for Events, Agents, Offices or Committees, and a log table below shows recent runs — status, how many records were processed/created/updated/skipped, and any errors. Expand a row to see the full trace.

You need the Editor or Admin role to actually run a sync. The page itself is visible to everyone, but clicking a sync button as an Author or Viewer returns a permissions error — that's expected, not a bug.

Automatic schedule: events every 6 hours, agents and offices once a day.

Listing Sync

At Listing Sync, choose Incremental Sync (recently changed listings only) or Full Sync (everything), optionally cap how many records to process, and click Run Sync. Same role requirement as above — Editor or Admin.

Two links at the bottom:

  • View Sync History & Diagnostics — see Listing Sync Logs
  • Fix Missing Images — finds listings that have photos in the feed's raw data but an empty images list, and re-extracts them without a full resync. This one requires the Admin role specifically — Editor isn't enough.

Automatic schedule: a full sync overnight, an incremental sync every 30 minutes, and an images sync hourly.
