Listing Sync Logs
Listing Sync Logs is under Tangila Data + MLS, listed just below Listing Sync. It records every run of the property listing sync — when it ran, whether it worked, and what it changed.
Only the Admin role can open this. The link is visible to everyone, but Editor, Author and Viewer will find it empty — that's a permissions restriction, not a fault, and it also applies to the View Sync History & Diagnostics page reached from Running syncs, since that page pulls its data from the same place.
Reading a run
Each entry records the sync type (Full, Incremental, Image, Agent or Manual), status, how long it took, and counts for listings processed/created/updated/removed, plus image download/upload numbers and an error count with a plain-language summary. Records here cannot be edited — they're a history the CMS writes and never changes, so the record of what happened stays trustworthy. Only an Admin can delete old entries, and there's rarely a reason to.
When to check here
A member says their listing isn't on the site. Check the newest run's timestamp — if it's from before their property was listed, it just hasn't been picked up yet.
Listings look stale. If the newest run is old, or recent ones show errors, that's worth reporting.
Before reporting a sync problem. Being able to say "the last run was this morning at 2am and reported 3 errors" turns a vague report into something fixable immediately.
