FAQ

FAQ is under Content. It's a central list of questions and answers you can reuse across the site — on the homepage, on individual pages via the FAQ Section block, and on News, Political News and E-Notes items. Saving publishes immediately; there's no draft state.

Fields that matter

  • Title — the question
  • Text — the answer, rich text (headings, lists, images)
  • Order — a required number controlling where it sits in the list

Because entries here are pulled into pages by reference rather than copied, editing an answer updates it everywhere it's used — you don't need to hunt down every page that shows it.

Where these appear on the website

Anywhere an FAQ Section block has been added to a page (see Content blocks), and on the homepage's FAQ section if it's turned on (see Editing the homepage).
