Automatic list blocks

These blocks pull content in automatically from another collection — News, Events, Documents and so on — rather than you typing it onto the page. Add one of these once, and it stays current on its own as you publish new items in the source collection. Prefer these over typing a list by hand: a hand-typed list is something you have to remember to update.

All of these are added the same way — open a page, go to the Content tab, and add the block by name.

News List

Pulls in your News articles. Set an optional intro paragraph, a Display Type (List or Grid), an optional category filter, and how many items to show (leave blank for no limit).

Political News List

The same block, pulling from Political News instead. Same fields as News List.

E-Notes List

The same block again, pulling from E-Notes. Same fields as News List.

Don't add this to a page yet — it currently doesn't display anything. This is a known display issue, not something you're doing wrong. Contact support before relying on it. See E-Notes for how E-Notes work in the meantime.

Events List

Pulls in Events. Choose a Display Type — List, Grid, or a full Calendar view with tabs — an optional category filter, and how many to show. There's also a "Navigation" section for labelling the calendar's tabs and filtering which event types appear under each one.

Documents List

Pulls in your document library. Set an intro paragraph, a Display Type (List or Grid), an optional folder filter, and how many to show (defaults to 20). Includes a search box so visitors can search within the list.

Housing Reports List

Pulls in your Housing Reports, shown as a year-tabbed panel of monthly statistics. Set an intro paragraph, an optional year filter, and how many to show.

The Display Type field (List/Grid) doesn't currently change how this looks — it always renders as the tabbed panel regardless of which you pick. Don't spend time toggling it expecting a different layout.

Listing List

Pulls in active for-sale property listings from your MLS feed as a card carousel, with a "View All Listings" button. Set a title and how many listings to show (defaults to 4).

Open Houses List

The same block as Listing List, filtered to listings with an upcoming open house. Same two fields (title, number to show).

Committees Block

An accordion of your Committees, each expanding to show its description and its members as cards. Optionally pick specific committees to include — leave it empty to show all of them.
