Agents

Agents is under Tangila Data + MLS. It's your agent roster, synced from Tangilla — this is where "member" information lives on this site, since Columbus doesn't have a separate member-records module.

Who can change what

An Author cannot create, edit or delete an agent record. Editor can edit but not create or delete. Only an Admin can add or remove one. If a record looks wrong and you can't fix it, that's your role — ask an Admin, or better, check whether the fix belongs in your roster system instead (see below).

Fields that matter

Name, email, mobile, Member NRDS ID, Office NRDS ID, Office MLS ID, a linked Office record (resolved automatically from the office NRDS ID at sync time — you don't set this by hand), business name, website, member type, and a headshot (imported from Tangilla if one's available).

MLS Status and Association Status are read-only, along with Last Synced and Source.

If an agent's details are wrong

Fix it in your roster system. The correction appears here at the next sync. Editing a synced field here directly will be overwritten the next time that record updates at the source.
